Your photos, and what we do with them.
You are uploading pictures of the inside of your home. This page says plainly what happens to them.
What we collect
The photograph you upload, the space type and style you choose, any note you add, and the designs generated from them. If you verify your mobile number we also store that number and, if you give them, your name and city. Enquiry forms add the details you type into them.
What we do not keep
Location metadata is removed from every photo before it is stored — your uploads are re-encoded on arrival, which discards GPS coordinates and camera EXIF data. We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.
Where the photos live
In private storage, never in a public folder and never in a directory search engines can crawl. Images are served only through short-lived signed links that expire, so a copied link stops working. Your photos are not used to train any AI model.
Who sees them
Our design and sales team, so that a designer calling you back can see the design you were looking at. The image is also sent to our generation provider for the few seconds it takes to produce the redesign.
How long we keep them
Photographs and generated designs are deleted automatically after 180 days. You can delete any project permanently before that from your designs page — that removes the original photo, every render made from it, and the thumbnails.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it by writing to our support address. We act on deletion requests within seven working days.
Cookies
Two, both strictly functional: one identifies your browser so your free designs can be counted and shown back to you, and one keeps you signed in after you verify your number. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this site.
